Each cookie is soft, but crunchy. Sweet enough to satisfy that sweet tooth and yet light enough to not feel like you blow your New Year’s Fitness Resolutions, and perfect to be enjoyed with an afternoon cuppa on a chilly day like today!
For this holiday classic it’s all about the layers. A layer of crunchy crackers coated in a caramel-y sauce, topped with chocolate…but wait there’s more…then finished off with a topping of choice, in our versions, peppermint candy canes!
Do you like crunchy desserts? Creamy desserts? Crumbly desserts? Chocolate? Peanut butter? Or both? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, we’ve GOT 'CHU!

Christmas is right around the corner and if you're like me you'll be turning out baked goods left and right. I love glazes because they are so simple to make yet can take any baked good to the next level. Want to impress friends? Add a glaze. Coverup something ugly? Add a glaze. :)
All this is beside the point. We’re here today to celebrate the deliciousness that is chocolate crinkle cookies. Fudgy chocolate cookies with a melted coating of powdered sugar. They’re dang good. DANG GOOD!
