It’s October and you know what that means…it’s socially acceptable to eat pumpkin-spiced everything. Plus it’s beyond simple to mix up your own pumpkin spice at home, but remember a latte is not all you can make, though no one would turn down some at-home PSL time!
It’s a combination of all the spices that autumn tastes and smells like so get creative. Add it to sweet treats like pancakes and apple pie filling, to savory dishes like roasted vegetables and pasta, or to snacks like popcorn and smoothies.
GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN PUMPKIN PIE SPICE MIX
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground allspice
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cloves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well.
- Transfer mixture to resealable container and enjoy!
