Chances are if you're checking out this page you're pregnant. First off, congratulations! The 9 month journey is such an exciting time. I mean it's life changing. Seriously nothing will ever be the same again (but in the best possible way). Being pregnant is cool and weird and fun and uncomfortable. All the emotions wrapped up in one thing. I've rounded up some items that really made a difference during my pregnancy in the hopes they can help you out too.

Blossom & Pear Milestone Cards. These simple cards are great reminders to take lots of photos throughout your pregnancy. They have the standard week number cards and several others with photo prompts like “Nursery is ready” and “Hospital bags are packed.” They have this simple lush design, a floral design, a marble design, a rainbow design, and more.
MegaFood Baby & Me 2 Prenatal Vitamins. Nourishing your body preconception and during pregnancy is just as important as nourishing it postpartum. Your body is going through lots of changes and you need the vitamins to fill in the gaps. They definitely helped keep my energy up. I did A LOT of research and love that Mega Foods’ are well-rounded, clean and simple created with real foods vs. synthetic and unnecessary additives. They are also free of gluten, dairy, and soy. Note: The two pills per daily dose are fairly large (I’m terrible at swallowing pills) so I have to break them in half.
Smarty Pants Gummy Prenatal Vitamins. I switch to these between weeks 10-16 because my stomach was feeling uneasy. These felt better on my stomach. When you’re feeling nauseated the best type of prenatal is the one you can keep down.
Maternity T-Shirt Dress. Instead of continuously purchasing tops and bottoms are your belly grows over several months, simply invest in a couple great maternity dresses. They grow with you and BONUS don’t press on your bladder in the later months. :)
Knee Pillow. Sleeping on your side, specially your left, is recommended during pregnancy. This pillow keeps your knees for knocking into each other and your hips parallel. I’ve slept with one for years but definitely kept it close by throughout my entire pregnancy.
Bump for Joy Pregnancy Journal. Some days feel long, but pregnancy really flies by quickly. Before you forget everything, write it down. This book has great prompts, spaces for photos, and even some sleeves for memorabilia.
Belli Elasticity Belly Oil. &
Burt’s Bees Mama Bee Belly Butter. Pregnant bellies comes in all shapes and sizes, but the truth is a uterus which starts as roughly the size of a walnut could expand all the way to the size of watermelon! That’s A LOT of stretching, and stretching can cause dry skin. Ease it with nightly gently massages. Also later when baby is moving around they seem to really enjoy the little massage.
Lululemon Tracker Shorts. I wasn’t a fan of pants or shorts that were worn over my belly so these were great. They come in a few different lengths, but they fit under my belly comfortably. I just sized up for the pregnancy fit.
Spanx Bra-llelujah!® Lightly Lined Bralette. This bra is super comfy and soft. It grew well with my breasts and holds the nursing pads in place for when you enviably start leaking. It’s just the truth y’all!
Belly Bandit S.O.S. Pregnancy Pillow. Everyone spoke very highly of a traditional C-shaped pregnancy pillow, but i run warm and found that the pillow was trapping all my heat in with me. So I found this S.O.S. pillow and LOVE it! It was more open (aka more breathable), kept me from rolling to my back which is not recommended further into pregnancy, and the front wedge kept my belly level which was very comfortable. The bottom velcro section is adjustable so you can fit it to your preference, or just use the wedge pillow on occasion.
Babycenter App. The app gives you daily and weekly updates on whats happening with your body and your baby. Plus track your emotions, aches, milestones, and more. There are also tons of chatrooms you can join. I joined my due date group so everyone was going through the same thing around the same time. It was helpful to ask questions or check in.
Large Water Bottle. Staying hydrated is vital during pregnancy. It’s recommended 8-12 glasses of water per day. Water is amazing because it helps reduce swelling, softens skin, increases energy, decreases risks during pregnancy (and beyond), and so much more! Keeping a water bottle close helps ensure you’re getting enough throughout the day.
Lululemon Align Leggings. I loved these before pregnancy, during pregnancy, and now postpartum. They are silky soft and come in a bunch of colors and patterns. Lululemon is on the pricer end but the quality is great so if you take care of them, they are worth it. I just sized up for a comfier pregnancy fit.
