Every couple wants their wedding to be unique. The wedding should be a reflection of you as a couple. It is your big day after all.
Whats makes you two unique? Where did you meet? Is there something you two enjoy doing together? Is there somewhere special to y’all? What makes you two smile?
Use the answers to these questions to incorporate elements from the story of your relationship to share with others on your wedding day.
The wedding industry is routine, whether they admit it or not. Every couple weeks a new couple planning their weddings. “Cookie cutter, one-size fits all” is simply easier when the couple doesn’t know what they want, especially for an all-inclusive destination wedding venue.
Planners know what works and what doesn’t and if that is all you ask for, that may be all you get. Do your research, pull pictures, and discuss ways to make your day your own. Routine is boring for planners too and I bet they will be just as excited to break the mold.
Simple, intentional and heartfelt personal touches throughout the wedding day can instantly separate your big day from the pack. The personal touches are what make a wedding day memorable.
We’re hoping sharing some personal touches we added to our ceremony and reception will help others find some creative ways to make their days stand out from the rest.
