Pellegrini's Espresso Bar // Melbourne
Pellegrini's Espresso Bar // Melbourne
Their original claim to fame was being the first in the city to use an espresso machine, but Pellegrini’s has stayed famous by serving delicious homestyle Italian comfort food with a “welcome to the family” atmosphere since 1954. Make sure to grab a cup of their espresso and don’t forget to get a photo by their heritage-listed neon sign!
Pellegrini’s was right across from the Bourke Street tram stop I used daily and seeing their bright sign come into view on the way back each night was an exciting sign that I was almost back home!
And while you can take a picture of their cozy cafe, don’t you think owning a hand-drawn and painted illustration is more unique? :)
