Pricing for custom illustrations start at $85 for 5x7-inch, $105 for 8x10-inch, $120 for 9x12-inch, and $135 for 11x14-inch as each is an hand-drawn and painted original, one-of-a-kind piece. Please read through the following information, and let me know about sizing and special requests/additions so I may provide a more accurate quote for the project. Pricing is for one building illustration per paper.

Materials:
-The custom home illustration will be hand-drawn with archival pen and hand-painted with professional grade watercolor paints on 140 lb (300 gsm) cold press, acid free watercolor paper.
-Frame and accessories are not included.

Shipping:

• Artwork will be placed in a plastic protective sleeve and shipped in a rigid envelope with a cardboard insert to prevent bending.

Returns:
Due to the nature of this item, refunds/exchanges are not permitted, and all orders are final. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The Process:
1) Please send a daytime, high-resolution photo of the home/building’s front facade (straight on) and special requests such as adding a family name, address, date, pet, or decorative accents beyond the house itself (ie wreath framing or ribbon) or removing features like fences, etc. to hello@studioist.co
Note: Full, encompassing wreaths will incur a $5 addition.

2) Once photos are received, I will send a sketch of the building for your review. Please let me know of any adjustments to the design during this step as pencil’s not permanent. :)

3) Once sketch is approved, the home will be drawn and painted. It may take 7-10 days to process. I will always try and be as efficient as possible, but will let you know a more accurate timeline when the order is placed. Then I’ll ship it! Of course let me know if you have a deadline upfront and I'll be more than happy to work with you!

For use in items like wedding invitations, the illustration will need to be digitized and licensed for which an additional fee will be added.
