Another Nashville original was lost to the city’s current boom…after 20+ years the independent bookstore BookManBookWoman (located at 1713 21st Ave) closed its brick and mortar doors. The shop was a staple of quirky Hillsboro Village neighborhood, just a few miles southwest of downtown Nashville.

BookMan opened in 1995, but don’t worry you can still find them online at BookManBookWoman.com.
