So when Hunter Premo asked me to assist her with a new series, which we’ve dubbed Fake It Till You Bake It, I jumped at the opportunity to help my newlywed future sister-in-law become more confident in the kitchen. Side note: I would have helped her anyway. :) Our first objective—A crowd-pleasing Thanksgiving dessert. Something impressive, but not overly complicated. The solution—a classic lattice-top apple pie.
